We are always looking for volunteers to help our students develop their gymnastics and dance abilities. In addition, we would welcome any volunteers with skills to help out in our Homework Center or our administrative offices. For a complete list of volunteer opportunities, see our list below. Then fill out our online volunteer application.
Homework Center – runs from 2:30-4pm on weekdays at two different public schools in Cambridge. Children ranging in age from 6-14 are bused from their school to the program. There the kids do their homework or participate in a planned activity in the event that they don’t have any work.
Special Olympics – held on Saturday mornings. No gymnastics experience is required. Volunteers would work with athletes who have are mentally disabled, and assist them to learn gymnastics skills. Volunteers need to be positive, encouraging and help athletes receive personal attention.
